1. Central Park

A very popular park in Kharghar, Central park covers an area of 290 acres spread across the city. It is expected to be Asia’s largest gardens when fully developed. Central park includes theme parks for children, morning walk-trails, jogging tracks, botanical garden, an Amphitheatre, active and passive recreation centres. This beautiful park is surrounded by water bodies; caves and a golf court open for public.

2. Nerul Balaji Temple

Very popular among the south Indian community, Balaji Temple in Nerul is very fondly visited by the residents of Navi Mumbai. The temple is modelled after Tirupati Balaji Temple. Other than the main deity Sri Balaji, one can find Ganapati temple, Hanuman temple, Narsimha temple, Vishwaksena temple in the premises.

3. Karnala bird sanctuary

Home to migratory birds, Karnala bird sanctuary is an ideal place for bird watching. Over 200 distinct varieties of birds can be sighted here. Apart from bird watching, you can also plan for a camp stay at the sanctuary with fun activities like bonfire and games.

The sanctuary is also a base point for a very popular trekking destination – Karnala fort.

4. Wonder park

5. Pandavkada falls

Pandavkada falls is one of the most alluring places in Navi Mumbai for its picturesque landscapes and spectacular sight of Waterfall. This popular the spot is frequented by the residents for a quick getaway from the chaos and pollution.

Legend says that Pandavas had bathed here during their exile. We do not know about Pandavas, but we would definitely want to take a dip here. However, this waterfall is a dangerous spot for swimming.

7. Kharghar hill

8. Belapur Mango garden
