Surrounded by a vast desert and oldest mountain ranges of Aravalli, Rajasthan offers wide collection of forts, palaces, Havelis, wildlife, religious places, fairs and festivals making it one of the ideal destination for a family vacation.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Jaipur arrival

Meet and greet our representative upon arrival. Transfer back to hotel and proceed for check in. Relax on the day of arrival or you can explore the city on own.

Day 2 - Jaipur

Post breakfast, proceed for Jaipur city tour. Visit the City Palace, which still is the formal residence of the royal family; later, proceed to the Amber Fort, located 11 km away from Jaipur. En-route, visit the Hawa Mahal. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachawaha dynasty before Jai Singh founded Jaipur. Ride on an elephant to reach the gates of the fort (on own). In the afternoon, take a walk through the colourful Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work, which is a specialty of Jaipur. In the evening, drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit Laxmi Narayan Mandir - a Hindu temple built in white marble.

Day 3 - Jaipur – Bikaner

Start early today, Have an early breakfast and check out from the hotel. Proceed for 300 km drive from Jaipur to Bikaner. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel in Bikaner. Visit Junagarh Fort, Bhandasar Jain Temples, enjoy sunset views of the desert and taste camel's milk and ride on its back at the world-famous National Camel Breeding Farm. Stay overnight at the hotel in Bikaner

Day 4 - Bikaner – Jaisalmer

Start early today, have an early breakfast and check out from the hotel Proceed for 300 km drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer. Upon arrival; check in to the hotel in Bikaner. Jaisalmer is famous for its carved havelis (grand mansions). You will realise that Jaisalmer is an exotic marvel of beautiful culture. Visit Jain temples inside the Sonar Quila, the palace museum inside this fort exhibits a rich collection of imperial dresses and artifacts belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer, the Gadisar Lake, which is beautiful at sunset. Overnight in Jaisalmer

Day 5 - Jaisalmer – Sam sand dunes

Post breakfast; check out from the hotel around noon and proceed for lunch. Post which; visit Havelis with convoluted designs and latticed windows such as Patwaon-ki-Haveli on the way to Sam dune. You will be staying overnight in the midst of sand dunes. Enjoy camping with Traditional welcome, Tea and Coffee, Camel ride, Folk dance, Music and Dinner. Overnight in Sam dunes campsite

Day 6 - Sam sand dunes– Jodhpur

Post breakfast; check out from camp and drive to Jodhpur (300 km). Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan and is also known as the blue city as most of the houses of the old city are painted blue. The old city is surrounded by a 10 km long wall, which has 101 bastions and seven gates. Up on arrival to Jodhpur, you will visit the Mehrangarh Fort, which was built on a steep hill. The fort is among the best in India with exquisitely latticed windows in residential complexes. Later proceed to Jaswhant Thada, a royal cenotaph built in white marble. Post sightseeing, transfer to hotel and relax for the day. Stay overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 7 - Jodhpur – Udaipur

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Udaipur. The drive would be approximately 250 km. Udaipur is considered to be Rajasthan’s most congenial and romantic city situated in the lap of the thickly wooded Aravali Hills. Udaipur has been called the “Venice of the East”. Up on arrival; proceed to hotel and check in. Relax for the day or explore the city on own. Overnight at hotel

Day 8 - Udaipur

Post breakfast proceed for Morning enjoy a motor launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pichola. The city palace extends a considerable distance along the east bank of the lake. From the boat you will be able to view the city of Udaipur as it rises majestically above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan desert. You can also visit the Jag Mandir Palace – which is a lovely island palace in the middle of the lake. Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace museum, the Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends), Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (folk art museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel

Day 9 - Udaipur departure

Post breakfast; check out from the hotel and transfer station or airport. Depart with beautiful memories
